I am coming to you today in the midst of the pandemic of the Coronavirus to discuss coping skills. I wanted to share with you two things that I am using to cope with the stress of what’s happening in the world. 

It is important to surround yourself with  positive people and things (like amazing music!) that can calm your nerves and bring you peace.
