It's All Mental

Mar 10, 2020

We are excited to be back with season two of “It’s All Mental” podcast! Today we are going to be digging into building intimacy and strengthening relationships.

There are six forms of intimacy, physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, recreational, and financial. I am going to not only define these forms but also share how they are expressed in relationships. Regardless of how you show or receive love it is important to understand the different styles of intimacy because we are all so unique.

We would love to hear your thoughts about this topic, which form of intimacy do you relate to the most? Connect with us in our private Facebook group or send us an email at media@itsallmentalpodcast.com
