It's All Mental

Oct 8, 2019

In this episode, we dive into the importance of tapping into our sexuality and womanhood while juggling lots of hats in this life.  Often we stifle our own needs for the needs of others, but this can be detrimental to our well-being and it’s often not best for ourselves or others when we stifle what we need.  We often hide who we are so often and that’s exhausting.

So how do we take off the mask and stop hiding who we are?  How do we define who we are in our womanhood? In our sexuality?  And as our true selves? In this episode, we dive into the deep reasons of how therapy is almost a necessity and shouldn’t be looked down on by the church.  In addition, we talk about how to rip off that mask that we as women try to wear and break down the walls so that we can live as our true authentic selves.
