It's All Mental

May 19, 2020

In this somewhat “new normal” of how Covid has affected our life it is easy for anxiety and depression to set in and take a foothold in our life.  Our social events have changed, from relationships, to home-schooling, to working from home.  All of this change can be a stressful time for many and it is important for us to take note of how we are feeling.

Sometimes we get so busy getting everything done, that we don’t stop and take a good hard look at how we are coping, or what is happening on an internal level. Spending more time together and not having outlets can cause depression or agitation that isn’t normally present and it is important for us to pause and reflect and ask ourselves the hard question of how we are really doing.

Please connect with us in our private Facebook Group: It’s All Mental Podcast. We would love to get to know you and support you on your mental health journey! Also if you have any questions or requests on future topics, send us an email at media@itsallmentalpodcast.com
