It's All Mental

Oct 1, 2019

In this episode, we get an inside look at one of the leading females at the NASA launching pad, senior project manager, Regina Spellman. We talk with how leadership looks as a woman in a predominantly male filled role, and how to not let that keep you from leading and being confident in what you know.

We also get to discover some behind the scenes details about the facility’s launching pad and a lot of the technical details of how such a large operation takes place, as well as its effects on the environment. This was such a fun interview and I know you will enjoy getting a glimpse of the “behind the scenes” at NASA and especially from the perspective of one of its’ female leaders.
