It's All Mental

Jun 2, 2021

Do you sometimes feel ashamed when talking about your own mental health? Do you worry what other people will think and does this fear keep you back sometimes from pursuing the support that you need?

Today I wanted to share how proud I am of Naomi Osaka for standing up for her own mental health. She is very much in the public eye but still took a stand (at her own expense) to talk about her own mental health journey.

I applaud her thousand times over. I hope this act of courage did not go over your head but you were able to see that it is okay to stand up for yourself. I also hope it encourages you to see mental health as a part of your overall health and that it is okay to talk to someone.

There are so many options available for therapy. If you need any kind of support or direction on where to find the right therapist for you please use the links below to connect with us- we are here to support you!
